Manchester United secured a well-deserved 2-1 victory over Sheffield United on Saturday, marking their second consecutive win in the Premier League this season. The match was played at Bramall Lane, Sheffield, in front of a limited number of spectators.
The Red Devils started the game brightly and took the lead in the 25th minute through a superb goal from right-back Diogo Dalot. Sheffield United fought back and managed to equalize in the second half, but Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's men showed great resilience to grab the winning goal late in the game.
The victory moved Manchester United up to sixth place in the Premier League standings with 43 points from 28 games. They now trail fourth-placed Arsenal by four points but have two games in hand.
On the other hand, Sheffield United's struggles continue as they remain rooted to the bottom of the table. They have won just three games all season and are 16 points adrift of safety with 10 games remaining.
